ACT I Joint Strike Fighter Division:
Purpose:
Since 1999, the JSF division has delivered high quality program management and technical expertise to the Joint Strike Fighter Program. Our specialities include specialized affordability, logistics, and acquisition support including financial modeling with unique proprietary access. It provides insight to all JSF’s Prime and Subcontractors internal financial models to the Affordability, Global Sustainment and Mission Systems, and Business Management Operations Integrated Product Teams. ACT I also provides experienced technical engineers in manufacturing, air vehicle/propulsion, health, and prognostics product fields. The division also provides key program management in the expanding Foreign Military Sales program within JSF. ACT I staff supports JSF in Arlington, Virginia and at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio and we are proud to be the only small business Prime Contractor for the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office.
Our combined efforts for the JSF project work to support the following goals:
- Maintenance of all Internal JSF Cost Models for Drills and Exercises
- Analysis and development of Wrap Rates for all Major JSF Contractors based on the contractor’s propietary business base, work-splits, internal data, and accounting changes.
- Analysis of Manufacturing Plans and Processes and the impact on cost, affordability and preformance of technical/business tradeoff analyses
- Support Mission Systems and Business Management Operations with proposal evaluations support, Earned Value Master Schedule, Integrated Master Scheduling and SDD/LRIP Estimate at Completion analyses.
- Support the Global Sustainment/Autolog Integrated Product Team with PBL/PBA cost, budget, financial analyses, proposal evaluations, tradeoff studies and business case analyses.
- Provide Foreign Military Sales Case Managers with business support, sustainment strategies, and implementation for Letter of Requests/Letters of Acceptance, cost estimates, financial and budget trade studies and business case analyses for International RFI’s.
- Provide business support to the Modeling and Simulation community for integration and evaluation of cost/schedule/performance requirements as well as cost savings objectives.
