    ACT I is structured around four business units focused on delivering quality products and services to our customers:

    Since 1999, the Joint Strike Fighter (F-35) Division, located in Washington, DC, has delivered high quality program management and technical expertise to the Joint Strike Fighter Program. We specialize in affordability logistics and acquisition support including financial modeling with unique proprietary access. We also provide experienced technical engineers in manufacturing, air vehicle/propulsion, and health and prognostics product fields.

    The Environmental Sciences Division provides specialized chemical and microbiological laboratory research and analytical services for federal, state, and local governmental departments and agencies, as well as commercial clients. Our solutions and testing services are focused on defense, homeland security, and water quality challenges from two labs located in Waco, TX and Merrillville, IN.

    Aurora Aviation, located at the McGregor, Texas airport West of Waco, provides aircraft maintenance and repair, avionics repair and support, flight training, and airport operations.

    The Military Systems Division, headquartered out of Arlington, VA, provides high value program management, product design, and integration in numerous lines of business and fields of interest and study focused principally on the Department of Defense and the Department of the Army.
