ACT I delivers engineering management and support for U.S. government and international customers to support their critical mission objectives. Our services include:
- Developing and administering life-cycle engineering studies, including program management and systems engineering spanning requirements development, design, independent validation and verification (IV&V), development, testing and evaluation (T&E), CONOPs, and program shutdowns.
- Providing Air Worthiness support and implementing critical system safety infrastructures across multiple platforms: F-35, F-18, and helicopters.
- Performing requirements analysis and follow-on modernization support for data fusion; planning; re-programming EW/RF mission capabilities; and providing technical SMEs for Datalinks, C4ISR, OMS, ALIS, and Interoperability systems.
- Supporting production manufacturing and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) platform and mission systems engineering support.

ACT I provided research and development, engineering, system engineering and process engineering, modeling, simulation, analysis, and system documentation design; technical data support, reliability, maintainability, and availability (RM&A); human factors, performance, and usability engineering support; system safety engineering; configuration management (CM); interoperability, test and evaluation, program, functional, and administrative support.

Support Services to the U.S. Navy Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Technical Liaison Office (TLO)
ACT I provides technical liaison support to the MH-60R Resident Team (MH-60R RT) and the Airborne Electronic Attack (Growler) Project Team in mission support areas: FMS finance, engineering, logistics, and Hornet and Growler subject matter expertise.
