In this role, Mr. Szerszen provides business development oversight for ACT I’s DHS programs and delivers innovative solutions to the company’s business endeavors.

Mr. Szerszen brings over 30 years of experience as a highly effective senior manager with a reputation for creativity, attention to detail, and team building. His experience includes successful execution throughout the full program and business life cycle. With solid verbal and written communication skills, he is consistently called upon to develop and implement critical initiatives, organizations, and programs.
Among his qualifications, he holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Gonzaga University.
