Arlington, Va. – Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, L.L.C. (ACT I) today announced its Silver Sponsorship of the Reagan National Defense Forum (RNDF), reaffirming its continuing commitment to advancing thoughtful dialogue and leadership on the nation’s security posture.
“From discussions on programs to secure our networks in cyberspace to forums on strengthening our military posture inside of a dynamic political landscape, RNDF frames future national security policy, and we’re honored to support this event,” said ACT I CEO Michael Niggel. “We are committed to supporting our government partners and their missions. The opportunity to hear firsthand from, and participate with, policymakers, executives, and Congressional leaders helps us understand their intent and identify where we can continue to best serve those who serve our country.”
RNDF brings together lawmakers, DoD and DHS officials, scholars, Congressional and industry leaders, and journalists at the Reagan Library in California for conversations on the future of our national defense. The forum included the National Security Advisor, Service Chiefs, industry executives, top Congressional leaders including Armed Services Committee leaders Reps. Adam Smith and Mac Thornberry, and Secretary of Defense Mark Esper, along with former Secretaries James Mattis and Leon Panetta. The Peace Through Strength Award was also presented to Senator Sam Nunn and Secretary Mattis.
This year’s RNDF also featured significant emphasis on the future of space operations and the importance of securing our networks. “ACT I is focused on providing innovative solutions in the space and cybersecurity domains as well as in the Intelligence Community,” said ACT I Chief Growth Officer Mike Zembrzuski. “All of our programs and innovations support critical National Security Missions in diverse fields from intelligence and cybersecurity to program and acquisition management within the F-35 JSF program.”
