ACT I Makes Contributions to Australian Bushfire Charity

With Donation, ACT I reaffirms its commitment to Australian partners and expresses sympathies and support for all Australians affected by bushfires.

Arlington, Va.  –  Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, L.L.C.  (ACT I) today announced its donation to the Australian Bushfire Relief Fund, a fund established by the American Australian Association enabling 100% of donations from the United States to be directed to the Australian Red Cross’ Fire Response.

“ACT I stands with our Australian partners during this devastating time.  The sympathies and support of our entire ACT I family are with all Australians, and the Americans assisting them, as these bushfires rage on across the country,” said ACT I Chief Executive Officer Michael Niggel.  “We consider it a privilege to partner with the Australian government and to work alongside of the Royal Australian Air Force every day.  Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with Australians affected by these fires and the brave Australian, American, and global emergency responders working on the front lines.”

ACT I’s donation joins over $600,000 raised by the American Australian Association to support the Australian Red Cross.  The donations will go towards recovery programs and emergency assistance in communities affected by the bushfires, and in supporting Australian Red Cross volunteers.

ACT I has collectively supported the Australian government and the Royal Australian Air Force with a range of technical and FMS case services supporting the F/A-18, E/A-18G, and MH-60R for over twenty years.
