Arlington, Va. – Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, L.L.C. (ACT I), an industry-leading provider of Total Program/Acquisition Management, Intelligence, Cyber, Security, and Foreign Military Sales solutions, today announced the hiring of Jason Yaley as Corporate Chief of Staff and Senior Director, Corporate Affairs.
As the corporate affairs leader for ACT I, Yaley will oversee the management and growth of the company’s corporate communications, government relations, and executive operations functions. He will also serve as the company’s Chief of Staff, responsible for driving corporate integration. He will report to ACT I CEO Michael Niggel.

Yaley brings experience from across the public and private sectors to ACT I, having worked for over a decade inside of the Department of Defense as a career civil servant, most recently as The Special Assistant to the Air Force Chief of Staff and as Strategy and Policy Advisor to the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and on the staffs of US Northern Command, Air Combat Command, and the Air Force Staff, focused on external affairs and strategic planning. Yaley also served as Assistant Vice President for Communications and Vice President for Membership & Strategic Development at the Aerospace Industries Association where he helped lead industry communications on behalf of the American aerospace and defense industry.
Yaley holds a Master of Public Administration and Certificate of Advanced Study in Security Studies from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, along with Bachelors degrees in International Relations and Political Science from Syracuse.
