“At ACT I every day is Employee Appreciation Day because we truly appreciate all you do!” said ACT I CEO Michael Niggel as part of the company’s Employee Appreciation Day festivities.
Across the March 6th celebration, ACT I employees came together from different offices, locations, and customers to join in the recognition.
Niggel has long stated that employee satisfaction is his number one metric. “I think it’s our culture, our metrics, and the way we think about and approach life and the work that sets us apart. We attract people based on our culture, processes and systems and the way we treat our employees,” said Niggel. “Our people are key to success for the company and for the customer. We know that if we deliver for our people, they will deliver for our customers.”
