ACT I Announces David Clement as Director of Recruiting

ARLINGTON, VA (January 23, 2019)— Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, LLC (ACT I), an industry-leading provider of Total Acquisition Management, Cyber Security, and Foreign Military Sales solutions, announced the appointment of David Clement as the Director of Recruiting.
As Director of Recruiting, Mr. Clement leads the company’s business recruiting efforts and determines the strategic direction to support the company’s growth while maintaining ACT I’s culture and quality standards. Mr. Clement has over 28 years of experience, which includes a four-year tour in the US Air Force during the first Gulf War as a Crew Chief on F-16’s and twenty-four years of experience specific to recruiting across the National Capital Region and Overseas.
Prior to joining ACT I, Mr. Clement was the Senior Manager of Recruiting for Trace Systems where he managed a team that helped grow the company from 165 employees to 310 employees over a short period of time. Mr. Clement also directed the recruiting efforts at Harding Security Associates (HSA) as they transitioned through a series of mergers starting at 135 employees and ending at CACI with over 17,000 employees where Mr. Clement remained as the Senior Manager of Recruiting for the Intelligence Business Unit for CACI supporting Operations, Business Development, and Proposals.
