As President, Mr. Albert oversees ACT I’s growth strategy, business development, and financial performance. Most recently he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of MCR, LLC where he developed, established, and guided their corporate growth strategy. Under his leadership, he transformed the company from a cost and financial services firm to become a market leader in Integrated Program Management support services; growing the company from $25 million to $150 million in revenue. He has over 35 years of experience supporting federal agencies, industry, and non-profits in strategy development, acquisition management, cost assessment, program and project management, and risk analysis.
Mr. Albert holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both earned from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is an active member of the Professional Services Council, serving on the Executive Board from 2012 to 2016 and was Chair of their Executive Advisory Council for the Defense and Intelligence communities. Additionally, he is a member of the Executive Board for the National Defense Industrial Association Integrated Program Management Division; and was a Senior Fellow on the Secretary of Defense’s Defense Business Board from its inception in 2002 to 2014.
