Mr. Ward has more than 20 years of professional financial experience within the corporate and government environment, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and experience in financial management, earned value management, and cost analysis. He leads and coordinates all ACT I’s corporate finance, business management, and information technology operations functions to ensure effective and efficient resource management. He works across all ACT I divisions to develop financial and business statements, reports, and projections. Mr. Ward represents the company externally to government agencies and departments for accounting and auditing. His finance and business experience extends to U.S. and allied customers.
Mr. Ward served nine years on active duty with the U.S. Air Force until 2005 when he transitioned to the U.S. Air Force Reserves. As a Lt Col in the U.S. Air Force Reserves, he is a subject matter expert in cost estimating, financial analysis, and earned value management.
Mr. Ward holds a BS in Business Management from U.S. Air Force Academy and an MS degree in Acquisition Management and Cost Analysis from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Mr. Ward is DAU level II certified in Financial Management.
